Waffles and Dreams was launched in Oct of 2021. I had the dream of owning / operating a café / luncheonette type of location for years. I would talk to my husband about it constantly and he always (skoffed) at the idea not wanting to be in the food service industry. I kept my dream alive and thought what else could I do that was the next best thing and decided to try private event catering. We started with a couple of waffle machines and a cart since then we have steadily grown and will continue to grow.
